Sultans Royal Hotel

A lovely hotel with wonderful, helpful staff. We asked for a couple of things soon after arrival and they were provided quickly. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, and an excellent shower. Each room has good wifi, a safe, and a universal plug outlet so you don't have to worry about bringing converter plugs. If you are expecting a modern hotel, this is not the place for you. If you like something a bit more quirky, this is perfect. The location is fantastic, a ten-minute walk to some of the main attractions (Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Hagia Sofiya, etc.). The immediate area is very peaceful and a lovely little enclave away from the noise of tourists. Breakfast is varied and delicious and provided by the lovely Soniya, who is from Kazakhstan. This influences the food and it makes a great change from the usual breakfast (also available). Soniya is very friendly and hospitable and makes sure that you taste all the food! We loved this hotel and would definitely stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to the beautiful city of Istanbul.

Everything in this cozy hotel was perfect! We received an upgrade to a bigger room, which was very comfortable. Location of the hotel is very close to the Blue Mosque and to Hagia Sofia and 5 minutes from the T1 tram. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was the highlight of this establishment and special thanks to the amazing Salima for that. Also thanks to Mahmoud for all the help. I highly recommend this place!

My stay at Sultan's Royal Hotel in Istanbul was nothing short of fantastic! The hotel's location is absolutely superb, with an array of restaurants and tourist attractions within easy walking distance. What truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality provided by the hotel staff, particularly Sonia. She went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was comfortable and memorable. Every morning, Sonia greeted me with a warm smile and her caring demeanor made me feel right at home. Her attention to detail, especially during breakfast, was impeccable. She consistently checked in to see if there was anything else I needed, making sure I started each day on the right note. Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were immaculate, and the entire property was well-maintained throughout my stay. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in ensuring a pristine environment for guests.

Everything. I liked that this is a small hotel, therefore quiet, in a very good location. The staff is extremely caring, professional, friendly, and dedicated. Rasit, Mahmut, and Muhammed were all very helpful and attentive. Congratulations to the wonderful cook Sonja and Aziza, they are very kind and efficient. The food was just amazing, above and beyond. Everything was very clean too. I will definitely recommend Sultans Royal Hotel to my friends, and I hope to come back.

My wife and I were there between the 20th to the 24th of this August and I booked through Booking as I do every time. Mahmoud gave us a spacious and quiet room The hotel is clean and has all the facilities and everything a tourist needs. The breakfast was varied and included a lot of vegetables, fruits, healthy food, and more There is air conditioning and free Wi-Fi Very close to every place in the center area, Sultan Ahmed. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy their trip in Türkiye We thank all the hotel staff, especially Mahmoud and Rashid.
